On the 7th day of Positive Christmas: Sir Terry

December 7, 2005FluffKevin

It’s not often that someone getting an honour gives you a positive glow. But finally Terry Wogan, has received his knighthood.

When it was first announced, Terry was getting an Honorary Knighthood because he wasn’t an British citizen, which would have meant he couldn’t be called Sir Terry. But since then he’s obtained duel citizenship, so he actually got a ‘Ordinary’ knighthood, and is now Sir Terry Wogan.
