Well no they don’t – Nationwide has said that all it’s tracker mortgage customers, are no longer to have tracker mortgages. because the intrest rate is to low – they put a clause in the contract saying they don’t have to keep a tracker mortgage tracking if the intrest rate drops below 2.75%
